Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a collaborative team to serve in-person and virtual clients, delivering full-service tax services and expert guidance to navigate personal and business tax scenarios.

You will help grow TurboTax’s local customer base, build long-term relationships, and leverage Intuit marketing tools to support community engagement and brand

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, at least 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms
• Interested in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tax Expertise – hands-on tax advice and prep for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing local client base and organizing events
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning tools
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into multi-year engagements
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via TurboTax tools
