Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide in‑person and virtual tax preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, deliver personalized service, and help clients maximize refunds while representing Intuit’s full ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Build and grow a local client base, leveraging marketing tools to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) where appropriate.
• Develop relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Attend to client inquiries and help them navigate tax-related challenges.
