Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advise clients, and collaborate with specialists to deliver an end-to-end experience for individuals and small businesses.

In this role you will grow the local client base, build relationships, and help customers navigate personal and business tax challenges using TurboTax software and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week; training and uniform requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust to turn transactions into ongoing engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using available tools and platforms.
