Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to individuals and small businesses. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building trusted relationships and growing the local client base.

You will collaborate with specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Tax professionals with EA/CPA/attorney status preferred.
• Active PTIN required.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and provide planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Build lasting client relationships.
