Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will handle tax preparation, provide expert advice, and connect clients with broader Intuit services.

You will engage with the local community to grow the client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and collaborate with specialists to ensure year‑round support for clients.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes as mandated by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with in-house tax specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Engage clients to build long-term relationships and loyalty.
