Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full‑service tax preparation and expert guidance. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, grow the local client base, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours per week, 8:00–17:00.
• Must be willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting relationships and drive year‑round loyalty.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience using in‑person and video tools.
