Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at one of our local TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with clients in person and virtually. You will build lasting relationships, grow the local client base, and connect customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business income scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base and engage via outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term customers with high satisfaction.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients navigate tax-related challenges.
