Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for comprehensive financial services.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and deliver a best-in-class experience through community outreach and in-person and virtual support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience (30+ returns per season).
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams for comprehensive client solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust within the community.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
