Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with full tax return preparation and expert advice. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage with the community, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience, while training and complying with all Intuit requirements.

Formación

• Must have professional tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams to offer cross-services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via privacy-safe virtual tools.
