Intuit Careers in the United States is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will grow the local client base, conduct community outreach, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios, from simple W‑2s to business income and amendments, using TurboTax tools and marketing

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using professional tax software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador, grow the client base, and drive referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear guidance.
