Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists to address complex client needs.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience, leveraging marketing resources to grow the business in your community.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all training and development; uniforms and branding may be required.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
