Job summary

Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences for individuals and small businesses, and help grow the local client base through community engagement.

Role focuses on hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and close collaboration with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00.
Uniforms and advertising use of your name may be required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income.
Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning.
Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams.
Deliver end-to-end TurboTax customer experience.
