Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client experiences. In addition to tax work, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, foster long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Willing to build local community presence and be the local face.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and tax planning using gov resources and team guidance.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
