Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation while engaging with local communities and growing your client base.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions. The role emphasizes client relationships, accurate tax solutions, and leveraging Intuit resources for ongoing support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Must wear company uniforms and represent Intuit in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as needed.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and delivering end-to-end support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional and helpful service.
