Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes onsite, advise clients, and grow a local business in TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with a team of tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for individuals and small businesses.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, provide tax planning, and connect customers with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week; on-site hours may scale during tax season.
• Willing to wear uniforms; may be featured in advertising with name/photo.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to build a local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
