Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

You’ll also grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community through events, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader services such as bookkeeping and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events
• Coordinate with cross-functional team for end-to-end client service
