Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site full-service tax preparation and advisory work at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor handling personal and business tax needs while partnering with a broader team of specialists.

This role emphasizes local client growth, relationship building, and end-to-end Intuit service delivery, with opportunities to extend services into bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time; at least 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising with consent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base and engage with community events.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust and ongoing client partnerships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professionalism and support across channels.
