Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tailored tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure customers receive a comprehensive financial picture and ongoing year-round support.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional with active PTIN.
• Experience preparing personal and small business returns.
• Willingness to grow into additional service lines with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Maintain compliance and participate in ongoing training and upskilling.
