Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end client solutions. As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow your client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, while delivering exceptional experiences year-round.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
