Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while connecting clients with a broader team of specialists.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and represent Intuit through community events and marketing initiatives, delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years with 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist clients in personal and business tax scenarios and planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
