Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver high-quality tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with a team of financial professionals, assist personal and small business clients, and grow a local client base through community outreach and partnerships. This role emphasizes end-to-end service and year-round client relationships.

Formación

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax laws knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Develop long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in person and via Intuit video tools to address tax questions and needs.
