Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver a seamless client experience.

This role emphasizes community outreach, local client growth, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• A valid PTIN to file taxes under law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; 20+ hours per week; hours may expand during peak times.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising/marketing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with payroll, bookkeeping, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with in-person and virtual support.
• Stay compliant with tax laws and complete required training.
