You will work with a team of specialists, manage complex tax scenarios, and help grow the local client base while leveraging TurboTax marketing tools and resources. The role emphasizes a connected, end-to-end service experience for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive growth.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
