Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and advisory support at a local TurboTax location across the U.S. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize refunds, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and collaborate with a broad team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions. This role emphasizes relationship building and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid e-filed returns (30+ per season) using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for holistic client service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with a trusted, personal touch.
