Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and advisory services at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of financial experts, serving in-person and virtual clients while connecting customers to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory offerings. You will help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, provide expert tax guidance, and grow the local client base through community outreach and marketing

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at TurboTax location; 20+ hours per week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time; weekdays.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Serve as a community ambassador and help grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings.
• Build long-term client relationships and drive customer loyalty.
• Utilize marketing tools and resources to create opportunities for client engagement.
