Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, coordinating with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and personalize tax planning advice.

You will grow the local client base, act as a community ambassador, and leverage Intuit resources to expand services like bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service to meet client needs.
