Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and foster local client relationships.

You will engage in in-person and virtual client meetings, handling complex scenarios with the support of Intuit resources. A community focus and growth mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Up-skilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or business advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to address complex tax situations end-to-end.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and clear tax planning guidance.
