Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at local TurboTax locations. You will engage in-person and virtually, grow the local client base, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem including bookkeeping and financial planning.

The role emphasizes client relationships, a best-in-class experience, and community leadership in a fast-paced environment across multiple tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hrs/wk.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and drive loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
