Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building relationships and expanding the local client base.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide end-to-end support, while upholding Intuit’s client-first standards in a dynamic, community-focused role.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniform and be used for advertising.
• Interested in building local presence with TurboTax marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
