Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location. You will grow your local client base and connect clients to Intuit’s broader services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, delivering end-to-end support.

The role emphasizes in-person teamwork, a client-first approach, and growth within local markets, with opportunities to engage with marketing initiatives and community events.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite TurboTax office location; 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, building local client base and attending events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist via in-person and video tools.
