Intuit, Inc. is seeking Tax Local Service Experts who will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for TurboTax clients. You will cultivate a local client base, act as a community ambassador, and help connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

The role emphasizes onsite work at a TurboTax location, strong customer service, and opportunities to grow within the Intuit ecosystem while supporting clients through diverse tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for every client.
