Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver comprehensive tax preparation and personalized financial guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, expand the local client base, and connect customers to the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax work, client relationships, and a strong community presence, with training provided

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and engage with community events.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and ongoing tax engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
