Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and advisory services at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will handle in-person and virtual client interactions, building lasting relationships while coordinating with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end tax solutions. Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week; training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem of services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
