Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, collaborate with specialists, and manage a shared understanding of each customer’s financial needs.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, delivering personalized tax guidance, and leveraging Intuit resources to offer year-round support across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location and comply with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as part of the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
