Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and one-on-one tax guidance at a TurboTax location. You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, leveraging Intuit resources to address complex personal and business tax needs.

You will also act as a community ambassador, building a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while promoting the full suite of Intuit services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must work onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
