Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and expert tax advice at local TurboTax locations. You will work closely with a team to deliver end-to-end services, including business and personal tax issues, deductions optimization, and planning.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory solutions while representing Intuit with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes by law.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite Monday–Friday, 20+ hours/week, with potential peak-season scaling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client preparation for personal and business returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Understand clients' complete financial picture and connect to Intuit solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide clients through tax planning.
• Represent Intuit in the community and maintain professional standards.
