Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax expertise, complete returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services, to deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years: 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or tax advisory with training.
• Onsite role 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours per week, weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with specialists for end-to-end client solutions.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into multi-year customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across channels.
