Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, serving on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists for comprehensive solutions.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base, building relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• Active preparation experience with federal and state taxes.
• Must reside in United States and be onsite.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community events.
• Coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
