Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a dedicated on-site role across the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while connecting clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem. As a local community ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, build lasting relationships, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualificações

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms; may appear in advertising materials.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Lead local growth as a community ambassador, identifying prospects, hosting events, and building partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and trust to convert opportunities into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
