Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while growing a local client base and coordinating with a team of specialists.

You’ll serve as the local face, deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, and help clients achieve financial clarity. This role requires on-site presence, strong communication, and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Strong tax preparation experience with TurboTax or similar software.
• Ability to grow local client base and manage end-to-end engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Engage as local community ambassador, building relationships and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
