You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador, building local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with additional Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
