Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in one of our in-person locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver a seamless experience. Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximise refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with the support of marketing tools.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
