Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals for on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert roles. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while linking clients to Intuit’s ecosystem.

Expect to grow a local client base and deliver end-to-end service with cross-team collaboration to ensure a seamless customer experience. Position emphasizes in-person and virtual support, community engagement, and a strong focus on building long-term relationships across tax

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Build and grow a new local customer base and organize local events with marketing support.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - Develop long-term trust and repeat business with clients.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – Ensure professional service and help clients reach financial goals using in-person and video tools.
