Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at on-site TurboTax locations. You will grow the local client base, connect clients with Intuit services, and deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience.

The role emphasizes community engagement, relationship building, and education in tax planning, with potential for expanding services beyond filing.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.
Onsite TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week; training may be required.
Willing to wear uniforms and allow use of name/photo for advertising.
Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
Develop relationships and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
Build trust and long-term relationships by understanding clients’ complete financial picture.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through in-person and digital interactions.
