Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow client relationships and drive end-to-end solutions within the Intuit ecosystem. You will collaborate with a team of specialists and participate in events that promote financial literacy and local outreach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s (federal & state) with professional software, familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Active PTIN

3+ years 1040 tax returns

Onsite availability 20 hrs/week
