Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking seasoned TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

Role emphasizes community outreach, building a local client base, and leveraging Intuit tools to guide clients through personal and business tax scenarios, with year-round, in-person and virtual engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Min. 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite availability Monday–Friday, 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and future tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem teams (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver high-quality, end-to-end customer experiences, in-person or virtual.
