Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and client advisory at a local TurboTax location.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver a comprehensive financial picture for each client, including planned guidance and access to Intuit services. You will engage with the local community, build a client base, and provide ongoing support through in-person meetings and virtual tools.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location for at least 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Uniforms provided; use of name/picture for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Act as local community ambassador, building and growing a new client base and organizing local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Build relationships and drive long-term client loyalty.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience via in-person and video interactions.
