Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax site. You will build a thriving local client base, deliver end-to-end tax solutions, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

This on-site role emphasizes community engagement, personal service, and collaboration with tax and advisory specialists. A customer-centered mindset and willingness to grow the local presence are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Onsite presence Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts for end-to-end service.
