Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, perform full-service tax return preparation, and guide clients through complex scenarios with personalized, end-to-end service.

You will also grow the local client base, collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00.
• Willing to complete required training, compliance, cross-training, and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as appropriate.
• Build relationships and deliver a trusted, long-term client experience.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience through professional conduct and clear communication.
