Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to address complex client needs.

You will also act as a community ambassador, building a local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Bridge clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
